1. Scope of Work & Engagement

All development services, milestone schedules, deliverables, and fees are defined in individual statements of work or milestone agreements agreed upon by both parties prior to kickoff.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon full settlement of milestone fees, 100% of the custom source code, documentation, and assets produced during the project are transferred directly to the client.

3. Warranty & Maintenance

Launch Sprint deliveries include a 14-day bug warranty starting on the delivery date. Subsequent updates, third-party dependency updates, or scope alterations are covered under the Monthly Care Plan.
